Data Quality
Your Employee Cycle account automatically syncs with your source system once every 4 hours.
To access information about your data quality, click "Data Quality" on the sidebar on the left of your screen.
This page will show you the following:
- Overall Data Quality Score: the average completeness across all your fields within your HRIS and determines the percent complete
- Data Quality By Field: the overall completeness score across different fields within your HRIS. Essentially, it is looking at whether a value is null or not null
- Data Quality Audit: a detailed list of data issues by Employee ID

Tip: You can download this data into a CSV by clicking the "Download" button in the upper right corner.

Once you have reviewed this data, you can work to increase your data quality score by ensuring you have input the data into your source system.
If you notice any discrepancies (i.e. fields are populated in your source system but not showing in Employee Cycle), please contact your CSM and share the specifics. Our technical team will be happy to look into this for you.
