Save Reports

If you have built a report that you want to run repeatedly, you can save the report by clicking "Save Report" in the upper right corner.

After clicking "Save Report", a pop-up will appear where you can name your report and confirm or cancel your save.

When you have confirmed your save, you will see a banner across the top of your screen showing that your report has been successfully saved.

Your saved reports can be viewed by clicking "Reports" on the left-hand side of your screen.

This page will allow you to view or delete your saved reports.

Once you have navigated to your Reports page, you can view or delete your reports by clicking into the settings menu on the right-hand side of each report.

If you choose to delete your report, you will receive an additional pop-up confirming your delete.

Saved reports cannot be edited at this time. If there are filter or date range changes that need to be made, simply create and save a new report.

✅ Best Practice Recommendation:

We recommend standardizing your naming convention to keep your saved reports organized. In addition, we suggest setting aside time on a cadence that makes sense to you and your team to clean-up your saved reports page.
